Problem statement

Today, it is obvious that our society hasn’t successfully applied gender equality to all aspects of our culture. We could notice biased judgments everywhere from our home to the workspace and politics, solely based on one’s gender. Expectations of goals and behaviors are attached to a person solely based on being a woman or a man.

The Solution

Today, it is obvious that our society hasn’t successfully applied gender equality to all aspects of our culture. We could notice biased judgments everywhere from our home to the workspace and politics, solely based on one’s gender. Expectations of goals an behaviors are attached to one person based on being a woman or a man.
My research suggested that a way to fix this problem is by helping young boys to develop empathy and to change many of the outdated concepts of masculinity we carry around.
